This Ramen makes you warm from inside of your body!
It is real good and uplift your mood:)
旨かった❗駐車場満車に成る位の盛況でした❗m(__)m
I'm happy to be able to eat this much tonkotsu ramen in Gunma.
The taste is so exquisite that you'll feel like you're eating in Hakata. The parking lot has not been available since the store opened, and the queue at the entrance has not decreased, but the rotation is fast, so if you wait a little, you will be able to find your blissful ramen.
This time it's Hakata ramen boiled egg topping + extra egg.
Visited Ramen Hakata stall in Tatebayashi.
It's a restaurant in Tatebayashi City, next to Sano City, where you can eat Sano Ramen, and it's very interesting that they also serve Hakata Ramen, which is rare.
This is a road store located about 15 minutes walk from Tatebayashi Station.
The store is large and made of wood, and its specifications are exactly like that of a street food stall.
I visited on a Saturday around 7pm, and there were a lot of customers, so I waited in line for about 10 minutes to be seated.
I ordered Hakata ramen (750 yen).
This price is overwhelmingly cheap!
The interior of the restaurant also has the aroma of authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen.
This seems quite promising.
noodles
It seems that you can adjust the type of noodles and the degree of boiling.
I ordered barikata, which is Hakata noodles (extremely thin noodles) like the authentic dish.
It's a square with 26 sides, and although I ordered it in Balikata, it doesn't have a crunchy texture, but rather a texture that sticks to your teeth.
In the photo, you can clearly see the white core remaining in the center of the noodles.
*Due to the amount of time it takes to prepare the rice bowl, even the barikata did not have a crunchy texture.
※※However, if you use Kaedama, you can put the boiled noodles directly into the bowl and the soup will be colder than when you started, so you can enjoy the crunchy texture. (It is recommended to use a substitute egg at least once. Since it is tonkotsu ramen, the default amount of noodles is usually small.)
soup
It has a strong pork bone flavor and is extremely rich.
It has an iron-like [blood taste] that whets the appetite, and I feel like I can't find a soup this thick even in Hakata.
The origin of the creamy flavor is definitely the simmering pork brain, and I'm surprised that Japanese people find this delicious. (I think there are probably many people who don't know this fact.
In Tokyo, you can enjoy a taste similar to Tanaka Shoten in Adachi Ward at this store.
*Tanaka Shoten has a slightly richer soup with less unpleasant taste. (Try it once)
When you finish eating, you can see that the gelatin layer has solidified in the cooled soup. Also, there was a layer of oil covering the soup, but I felt sick to my stomach, probably because of the amount of oil.
However, there is no doubt that it is still a delicious soup.
Ingredients
It's roasted pork loin with a firm chew.
It seems that there are about 5 slices of this meat on char siu noodles, and there is also something called kakuni ramen. (I'm worried about my stomach feeling heavy)
remarks
The bowl size is small at 19 cm, and the red side looks like a ramen bowl from an authentic Hakata food stall.
Overall,
I was surprised that I could eat authentic Hakata ramen in Tatebayashi. I think the level of ramen is that high, and I can see why there are so many customers. However, it is not a Hakata [food stall]. The food at the food stalls is lighter and the flavor is not as strong.
Lastly, I would like to point out that I am concerned about the amount of oil because I had an upset stomach.
*It's probably not the noodle breakage that broke it, but the oil.
What do you all think?
I went on Sunday.
It opened at 5:30pm and there were already several people in line.
Go outside at 6pm...😆
It's a popular shop.
The inside of the store feels clean.
The ramen 🍜 was also delicious.
I couldn't feel the energy of the staff...⭐️4.
Wow, it was delicious.
Last time I ate Hakata ramen, I had the street food ramen (char siu).
I had ramen at the beginning of the year, but I ate too much mochi, so I had to hold back on the extra noodles.
It's a rich dish, so you're guaranteed to have a heavy stomach, but if you're concerned about it, we recommend Hakata ramen.
It's been 2 hours and I'm feeling sick to my stomach. lol
It was recommended to me by a colleague from Fukuoka.
The tonkotsu in Kyushu is more delicious, but if you eat it around here, it's understandable that it's said to be the best, and it was certainly the best among the restaurants around here that serve tonkotsu.
The braised braised meat is huge and delicious.
Too bad there was no vinegar!
It's very crowded, but the rotation is fast and you can get to Hakata after waiting 30 minutes, so let's all go to Hakata 🍜
